2014 ICESOCC Scroping meeting was organized by the Scripps Photobiology Group (SPG) at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego. SPG, was founded by Dr. B. Greg Mitchell, dedicates to improve our understanding of the interaction between light and living organisms.
